• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and treatment using evidence-based practices

• Develop and adjust individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients and families

• Document care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, PTAs, OTs, Speech Therapists, and support staff

• Support students, assistants, and teammates through mentorship and collaboration

• Contribute to the growth and sustainability of rural healthcare in Wyoming

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Wyoming

• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

• Comfort practicing in a collaborative, community-based healthcare environment

• A desire to build meaningful patient relationships and professional longevity
