Kyle Brost, CEO

Kyle Brost serves as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Gottsche Performance & Longevity, where he leads the organization into its next chapter of growth, integration, and community impact across rural Wyoming.

A native of Thermopolis, Kyle brings a deeply personal commitment to the communities Gottsche serves. His connection to the organization spans decades, from early exposure as a child and family member of a Gottsche therapist, to hands-on involvement during the organization’s expansion into Basin and Powell, and now to executive leadership. This lifelong familiarity gives Kyle a grounded understanding of rural life, relationships, and the trust that underpins effective care in Wyoming communities.

Professionally, Kyle brings more than 20 years of experience in executive leadership, strategy, operations, and organizational design across healthcare, nonprofit, research, and service-based organizations. He has served as CEO of a nationally recognized research and evaluation firm, led multi-site operations, overseen complex budgets and funding portfolios, and guided organizations through periods of growth, transition, and innovation. His work is marked by a consistent ability to align mission, people, and data to deliver measurable results.

At Gottsche, Kyle is focused on strengthening financial sustainability, supporting and retaining a high-quality workforce, and advancing an integrated model of care that brings together rehabilitation, wellness, nutrition, behavioral health, and community-based programming. He is particularly interested in how physical and occupational therapy can play a central role in whole-person health, especially in rural settings where access, continuity, and tailoring of care are critical.

Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in business administration, and is "all but dissertation" toward a Ph.D. in educational psychology. Additionally, he has a graduate certificate in the mind, brain, and education (MBE), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Gottman Institute Couples Method Clinical Training, and is a DiSC and Hogan Assessments Administrator. His academic and professional work centers on motivation, behavior change, and human flourishing, perspectives he brings directly into organizational leadership, clinician support, and patient-centered care.

Above all, Kyle believes that strong rural institutions matter. Under his leadership, Gottsche is committed to remaining a trusted local provider while also serving as a forward-looking leader in rural rehabilitation and wellness, ensuring that high-quality care, stable employment, and innovation remain accessible for generations to come.

Kyle has been married to his incredible wife, who is a nurse, for approaching 20 years. They have three sons and enjoy the outdoors, fitness, and traveling together.
